  1. You have placed so many good words and contexts about Heart here! Each one is instructive and insightful, perhaps especially “discerning” – which carries so much meaning on so many levels! I’ve learned that the word discerning plays a significant role all throughout the Bible. While I knew the word long before I was wise enough to open the Bible, I first became really aware of its numerous and key uses in Hebrews 4:12. In that passage, some translations replace “discerning” with “judges”; while the latter is true, I believe the former captures God far better. Not to mention the greatness and fullness of the dimensions of heart, specifically. The word discerns also describes Paul well. The word discerns also stands out in Proverbs 17:24 – which seems to apply well to your Seek My Face” post. You have often reached deep and conveyed what’s important with … discernment! And in this post, at least for me, all in such sublime simplicity.
